Fractures, falls, weakness, blood sugar spikes and never-ending hunger, then this class is for you! Learn why protein is such a beneficial nutrient, and what your protein needs look like. A protein snack will be provided, as well as a list of protein snacks to incorporate to better meet your individual needs.
